Terms OF Service

general

  • You MUST be 18+ to commission me.

  • I have the right to post commission artwork to my social media and portfolio.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. I DO NOT allow my commissioned work to be used for commercial purposes.

  • You must be considerate of the wait time. If anything comes up, I will contact you on the appropriate messaging service/email.

  • Please provide a clear reference of your character - this greatly helps. I do not work off written descriptions.

  • real people

  • fanart

  • slight gore

  • body horror

What I wont draw

  • taboo themes

  • things I am personally not comfortable with drawing

  • ask me if you are unsure!

Payment

  • Payments must be in the correct currency (GBP) and price.

  • Payment must be upfront before I begin working on your commission, and I accept tips, which can be added to the invoice.

  • Please do not send me money directly to my PayPal.

  • The payments are made via invoices to keep track of my commissions. Contact me if you do not receive an invoice.

refunds

  • I have the right to cancel your commission and give refunds under any circumstances.

  • If you need a refund, you must request it within 24 hours of payment.

  • If I’m not able to finish off your commission for personal circumstances, I will refund you fully.

  • PLEASE NOTE: If your piece has been completed then there are strictly NO refunds.

process

  • Provide clear references for your character. This can be a photo or reference image. I heavily appreciate as much detail as possible!

  • You’ll be given a sketch of your art, which will give you a chance to ask for any changes and amendments. I will provide you with updates on each stage of the artwork. I cannot amend anything past the colouring stage, so please be mindful of this.

  • Please allow for 1 week - 2 months to complete your art, depending on the complexity and workload.

  • I can get physically unwell sometimes, so please be considerate of this!

  • You will be updated if any events come up which may prevent me from working on your art for some time.

usage

  • You must credit my artwork wherever you post it. A link to my social media is much appreciated with that.

  • Do not remove my signature.

  • Do not trace, alter or edit my artwork.

  • Strictly NO commercial usage.

  • DO NOT reproduce/Sell my art as prints, posters, shirts, etc.

  • You may end up on my blacklist if:

  • You chargeback.

  • Commissioning if you are under the age of 18.

  • Being rude, unprofessional and not polite.

  • You have a history of art-related wrongdoing.
